May 10, 2022The Warehouse Group has flipped the entire organisation to working in an agile way. The next step was to take their suppliers and strategic partners along with them. After several decades of working in a certain way, change can be a real challenge. Join Kleo Zois to hear how she worked with Jade to quadruple the size of the development team and then flip to an Agile way of working, to align with the strategic direction of The Warehouse Group. As Product Portfolio Manager, Kleo was responsible for leading the charge, organising the new teams to operate in an agile way and minimise the impact of the planned deployments at the same time. No easy feat!
Kleo will share some of her insights on how she achieved this, what she learned in the process, how life is going in their new agile world and how the agile transformation has led to:
- Doubling the number of releases to production
- Creating a culture for continuous improvement
- Rapid enablement of some of their best enhancements to date – saving time and money.

May 24, 2022"The Journey of Medi-Map: The quiet achiever of the local medtech scene on solving an everyday real problem in health"
With Greg Garratt CEO and Founder of Medi-Map Medication Management.
About the event
Greg Garratt is the CEO and Founder Medi-Map Medication Management NZ & AU. It was to fill this gap in the industry that Medi-Map was born: A cloud-based medicine charting application saving millions of dollars in medication wastage and dramatically reducing medication errors. Join us, as Greg tells us about the Medi-Map journey. From the everyday real problem he tackled, an idea on how that problem could be solved and the commitment to seeing it through; despite challenges with regulators, conundrums in growth management and managing entry into another country.
